Our Top 5 Nostalgic Easter Candies

Remember being a kid on Easter morning? 

It was kind of like Christmas morning...but there was A LOT more candy involved! 

Whether you loved finding a box of Peeps or a an egg filled with jelly beans – you probably had a favorite treat. A candy that takes you back to your childhood! 

So, in that spirit, we made a list of our Top 5 nostalgic Easter treats. Let's see if you agree with our list...

1. Peeps

No Easter basket is complete without these iconic marshmallow treats. Peeps, with their adorable chick and bunny shapes, have been delighting taste buds since the 1950s. Created by the Rodda Candy Company in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Peeps were originally hand-squeezed from pastry tubes until automation streamlined the process.

Over the years, Peeps have become a cultural phenomenon, inspiring art contests, dioramas, and even Peeps-flavored beverages. Peeps continue to captivate generations with their fluffy texture and sugary sweetness. 😊

2. Chocolate Bunnies

The candy was later acquired by Hershey's, which continued to produce Whoppers and introduced the seasonal Robin Eggs variation. This candy takes us back to the good ol' days!
